Position
The property, used as an accommodation facility, is situated at an altitude of nearly 2,500 metres, in a prominent ski resort of the Aosta Valley. It is located in an excellent position on the ski slopes, and is easily reachable both by ski-lifts and with personal vehicles.
Building
The structure, built in typical alpine style, with stone and wood is composed of: an upper floor with bar and restaurant for 85 covers plus a terrace with another 90 covers, kitchen, with separate pastry preparation area, bathrooms and office. On the lower floor: 5 guest rooms each with en-suite bathroom, TV lounge, ski-room, boiler room and large store-room. The property also includes an independent apartment of about 35 sq.m with kitchen corner, which sleeps 4. The 2.5 hectares of terrain feature a private lake.
Finishing
The rifugio is in good condition, the guest rooms were created in 2008. During the year 2013 further improvements have been made: the underground rooms have been expanded for a total of 150 sq.m., the dining room has been expanded for further sq.m. 30, the apartment of the owner has been expanded for additional sq.m 30,100 sq.m terrace. Heating is provided with a biomass boiler that can be remotely controlled by iPhone, the connections for solar panels are present.
