The property has a size of approx. 1.200 sqm and is located in a quiet settlement about 5 km east from Eretria in a 5 minutes walking distance from the beach on the gulf of Evia. It accommodates a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a guest bed room, a separate bath room, living/dining area with fire place and a country style kitchen. There is further a basement with a separate external entrance that accommodates a bedroom, bathroom and a small kitchen. The guest house has direct access to the garden.
The mature gardens are well kept and feature a 5 m x 11 m swimming pool with a pool terrace and seated area of wooden decking. The pool with overflow system is operated with an Ionization and Electrolysis System without any use of chemicals. All technical facilities of the pool are located in a basement below the BBQ area. The basement can be used also as storage room for sun beds, pool accessories, etc.
