We offer a two-storied villa on the Adriatic coast.

There is light oak parquet on the floor in each of dwelling rooms, doors are made of oak, lacquered. Wc is equipped with a bath, water-boiler, toilet, bide and shell. Also there is a wide capacious niche; the doors of niche are wooden also. Sanitary engineering in wc and in the kitchen are Italian, ceramics – Italian.
The land-area of estate is 1640 m2. Grass, palms, exotic fruit trees: fig, Japanese apples (persimmon) are growing there.
