Land for sale located by the sea on the south side of the island of Brac. The land has an area of approx. 167,000 m2, of which the Spatial Plan of the Split-Dalmatia County determines the area of the catering and tourist zone of about 135,000 m2. It is planned to build buildings and facilities to accommodate 1,250 guests and an outdoor sports and recreation zone. The zone is currently defined as zone T1 by the plan of the wider area, which means that 70% of the total number of beds is planned to be provided in hotel and aparthotel accommodation facilities, while 30% of the capacity is planned for pavilions and villas. Amendments to the Spatial Plan of the Split-Dalmatia County, which are currently being drafted and are expected to be adopted by the end of 2020, will abolish the division of tourist zones into T1 and T2, which will enable the construction of total capacity in the form of luxury villas.
