This building is being constructed along with the resort complex in which it is situated. On the ground floors of it are set shops for manufactured goods and food, a restaurant with billiards club and some offices. In the same housing complex on the ground floors of the rest three buildings are planned also a coffee shops, offices, a sport-rehabilitation centre, a children study hall, a bank and insurance office.
